As a service-based company, we deliver our services digitally or through on-site consultation. Service delivery timelines are communicated during the project initiation phase and may vary based on project complexity and scope.
All digital deliverables including reports, documentation, software, and other materials will be provided through secure digital channels such as email, cloud storage, or our client portal within the agreed timeframe.
Service modifications or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of service initiation, subject to project feasibility and additional costs if applicable. Changes to service scope may affect delivery timelines and pricing.
We ensure all services meet agreed specifications. If service delivery does not meet the defined requirements, we will work with you to address concerns at no additional cost within 30 days of service completion.
Service cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation terms vary by service type and project stage. Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed according to the agreed payment schedule.
