Refund & Cancellation Policy

Program Fees are payable in advance. Payment confirms the Participant's enrollment, reserves the Cohort seat, and constitutes commitment to the Program duration and scope.

A Participant may withdraw from the Program by submitting a written Withdrawal Request by email to rijas@hireveda.com. The effective date of withdrawal is the date the written request is received. The applicable refund tier is determined solely by this date, measured against the Cohort Start Date (Day 0), and is not subject to negotiation.

The retained amount reflects the reserved Cohort seat and the cost of services delivered up to the point of withdrawal. Before Day 0, the seat may still be offered to the waitlist, so the retention is limited. Once the Cohort has started, the seat cannot be reassigned, and the retention rises accordingly.

Refunds are calculated as the stated percentage of the Program Fee. Where GST or other taxes were charged in addition to the Program Fee, the refund of such taxes is subject to applicable tax rules. Approved refunds are processed to the participant's account within 15 business days of approval.

In place of a refund, a Participant may instead choose one of the following at any stage, including after Day 30:

• Program Hold: pause the Program for up to six months from the Program Start Date.
• Program Transfer: transfer the enrollment to another eligible individual, subject to a nominal transfer fee.

Notwithstanding the above, where the Program is terminated for breach of these Terms, including under the Non-Disparagement and Termination clauses, no refund of any kind shall apply, regardless of timing.
