### Key Responsibilities
* Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment to consistently achieve 95%+ on-time fulfillment while minimizing spoilage and excess holding costs.
* Own end-to-end inventory management across production, DTC, and food service channels.
* Develop sourcing strategies for ingredients and packaging; negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
* Optimize freight, warehousing, and 3PL operations to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
* Oversee shipment planning and last-mile coordination with warehouses, co-packers, and logistics partners.
* Drive SKU setup, system accuracy, and operational readiness for new product launches and distributor onboarding.
* Manage AP/AR controls: audit vendor invoices (including 3PL partners) to ensure billing accuracy and cost discipline.
* Own DTC and Food Service order lifecycle management, including Shopify order monitoring and escalation resolution.
* Build and improve operational systems, dashboards, and SOPs to enhance visibility and efficiency.
### Requirements
* 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics.
* Strong hands-on experience in inventory optimization, production planning, and vendor management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage 3PL partners, freight, and warehouse operations.
* Tech-savvy; comfortable working with ERP systems, Shopify, inventory tools, and data dashboards.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and financial discipline.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
