### Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage multiple engineering teams, fostering high performance and growth.
* Translate product vision into actionable engineering plans, roadmaps, and sprint execution.
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
* Provide technical and architectural guidance while managing trade-offs and reducing technical debt.
* Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Customer Success for customer-focused outcomes.
* Establish and improve engineering processes, metrics, and developer productivity.
* Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
### Requirements:
* 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering leadership.
* Proven track record managing large, multi-team engineering organizations (20+ engineers).
* Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products in fast-growing environments.
* Deep understanding of modern backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-native architectures.
* Hands-on experience with agile development practices and high-ownership teams\*\*.\*\*
* Excellent people leadership, mentoring, and talent retention skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have:
* Experience building enterprise or workflow-heavy products.
* Prior experience in high-growth scale-up environments.
* Exposure to compliance, security, or data-privacy-focused products.
