About Role:-

We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations professional to drive end-to-end GTM efficiency, from process optimization and system design to strategic decision support. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to align revenue teams across Sales, CS, and Finance. You’ll partner closely with leadership to shape scalable systems, streamline quote-to-cash operations, and unlock growth through data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do:-

1.Strategic Ownership

● Own the RevOps OKRs and directly partner with GTM leaders on funnel economics, incentive structuring, and operational efficiencies.

● Translate complex GTM data into actionable insights to drive growth and inform strategic decisions across the revenue funnel.

● Define and maintain a centralized GTM dashboard, enabling clear visibility on leading and lagging indicators for performance tracking.

2\. Process & System Design

● Architect and optimize the quote-to-cash lifecycle; own the Deal Desk function with automation and systemization of commercial workflows.

● Lead cross-functional financial modelling including headcount planning, capacity modelling, and support annual operating plan exercises.

● Own GTM tech stack governance and vendor management – from procurement frameworks (e.g. FRIC) to implementation and internal adoption.

3\. RevOps Foundation Building

● Build and align the RevOps function structure – evaluate models based on funnel stages vs. functional pillars (people, process, systems, enablement).

● Maintain CRM hygiene and establish operating cadences for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and funnel diagnostics.

● Own MIS and reporting across performance progress, forecast accuracy, and risk/insight communication.

4\. Cross-Functional Leadership

● Lead continuous evolution of the allbound GTM infrastructure and drive adoption of automation and AI for 1:1 account orchestration.

● Collaborate with Product, Finance, Enablement, and Innovation teams to optimize RevOps as a strategic business function.

● Guide and upskill a growing RevOps team while enabling their transition into a modern, high-impact revenue engine. 

What we’re looking for:-

● 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with demonstrated exposure to Sales Ops and CS Ops.

● Deep understanding of GTM system flows (CRM, CPQ, CS platforms, BI tools) and funnel optimization.

● Experience owning Deal Desk and designing quote-to-cash automation.

● Strong business acumen; ability to translate data into strategic insight and action.

● Prior ownership of RevOps OKRs and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, and Sales.

● Experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and tech adoption.

● Financial modelling and planning experience (AOP, budgetary alignment, capacity modelling).

● High ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
