About the role- We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing B2C products across both mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and concept development to high-fidelity design and prototypin
● Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a consistent experience across devices.
● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effective communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
● Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring design decisions are backed by research and usability testing.
● Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Requirements of the role-
● 4+ years of experience working in B2C domain, experience working with both mobile as well web platforms.
● Ability to take ownership, work in small teams, work cross-functionally, and adapt to multiple roles in a fast-paced environment with direct stakeholder communication.
● Skilled in building products from scratch, handling ambiguity, rapid prototyping, user research, and iterating based on feedback to shape the product vision.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design projects.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe X
● Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
● Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor’s/Master's degree in design
