Responsibilities
- Build the AI intelligence layer integrating vector databases, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Architect and develop backend services and APIs.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming to design clean, maintainable systems.
- Work with our CTO to set the technical direction, build and lead a team, and mentor engineers as we scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience, with at least two shipped platforms in real-world use.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design).
- Expertise in backend development and scalable systems.
- Proficiency in Next.js and Python.
- Experience applying Object-Oriented Programming principles in production systems.
- Bonus: Experience building vector databases or agentic AI frameworks.
