Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and driven professional to work closely with the Founder-CEO in shaping the company's demand-supply strategy, business performance, and growth priorities.This role combines strategic insight, financial modeling, and executional excellence, offering you a front-row seat to the key business decisions that drive growth and success. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong business mindset and financial acumen-someone who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy, data analysis, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Collaborate with the CEO to conceptualize, build, and execute the company's demand-supply strategy and overall growth plan.

\- Develop financial models and forecasts to assess new initiatives, expansion opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.

\- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, profitability, and operational performance to guide strategic decisions.

\- Manage the CEO's business review cadence-monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights with a strong financial perspective.

\- Prepare executive dashboards, board presentations, and other review materials, clearly communicating key data-backed insights.

\- Support the CEO in evaluating ROI, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization strategies.

\- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Raw Materials teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and manage supply pipelines.

\- Utilize financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation across locations and business lines.

\- Identify untapped opportunities and assist the CEO in planning new center rollouts or adjusting product mixes.

\- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, with clear milestones and accountability.

\- Collaborate with function heads to ensure disciplined execution and alignment with CEO priorities.

\- Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between the CEO and business teams.

\- Lead high-impact projects initiated by the CEO, including new business pilots, strategic partnerships, and process improvement initiatives.

\- Build business cases and financial frameworks for strategic decision-making and investor presentations.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

\- MBA or equivalent (preferably from a Tier 1 institute).

\- Relevant industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:

\- 5-10 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business finance, or high-growth startup environments.

\- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and P&L management.

\- Exposure to fundraising, strategic planning, and investor relations is a plus.
