Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Own end-to-end business strategy across GT, Q-commerce, D2C, and emerging channels
- Define long-term plans for revenue growth, distribution expansion, and profitability
- Develop scalable pricing, promotions, and margin strategies tailored to channels and geographies
- Set clear KPIs and establish structured business reviews to track progress
2. Channel Leadership (GT & Beyond)
- Lead the GT strategy – network expansion, distributor management, sales planning, and retail execution
- Accelerate Q-commerce and D2C growth by optimizing platform partnerships and portfolio mix
- Build operational infrastructure and processes to support high-velocity sales across formats
- Drive channel contribution mix improvements, focusing on higher-margin formats
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive cohesive outcomes
- Solve cross-functional challenges by aligning teams around shared KPIs
- Etablish an agile experimentation cadence for data-backed decision-making and growth unlocks
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, supply chain, and business planning
4. Operational Excellence & Supply Chain
- Ensure demand planning, product availability, and logistics efficiency across channels
- Use operational levers to reduce cost-to-serve and improve service levels
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to drive margin improvements and on-time delivery
Who You Are
- 12–18+ years in FMCG, e-commerce, agri, or consumer businesses with proven P&L ownership
- Expertise in GT/channel management, business strategy, and scaling multi-channel operations
- Strategic thinker with deep operational fluency and a bias for execution
- Strong commercial acumen; thrives in high-growth, dynamic environments
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative leader, comfortable operating hands-on while shaping high-performance teams
