Roles and Responsibilities

● Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and lending partners to support financial wellness and credit-led offerings.

● Develop and execute banking partnership strategies to expand product reach, improve adoption, and enable new revenue streams.

● Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle including partner onboarding, commercial negotiations, agreement finalization, and relationship management.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, sales, compliance, risk, tech) to design, launch, and scale bank-led or co-branded solutions.

● Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with banking partners, including pilots, launches, and ongoing performance optimization.

● Track and review partner performance using defined metrics; conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

● Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, ensuring strong governance, compliance alignment, and long-term sustainability.

● Stay updated on banking regulations, lending frameworks, industry trends, and competitor offerings to proactively identify partnership opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 8–12 years of experience in banking partnerships, alliances, or business development (fintech/BFSI experience strongly preferred).

● Proven experience working with banks, NBFCs, or regulated financial institutions.

● Strong understanding of banking products, lending ecosystems, and regulatory considerations.

● Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

● Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to convert business objectives into executable partnership initiatives.

● Self-driven, outcome-oriented professional with strong communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
