About the studio

A venture builder started by two founders who have each built a unicorn. They now work full time on starting and scaling next-generation technology companies in India. The studio has incubated five businesses so far across energy transition, generative AI and intelligent machines. It incubates, invests and builds.

The role

The Principal works right alongside the founders, helping run the studio and rolling up their sleeves with the portfolio companies. This is not a junior seat, and it is not an investment or VC role. It is a hands-on building role.

What you will do

• Help run the studio day to day, including setting up its prototype lab on campus.
• Work across several deep tech portfolio companies at once.
• Own real problems across strategy, product, hiring, go-to-market and operations.
• Understand each company's market and technology, help it reach product-market fit, and take things into production as it scales.
• Work directly with the founders, with fast feedback and no layers of hierarchy.

Who we are looking for

• Ex-founders, experienced engineers or operators with 3+ years of experience.
• Technical depth: an engineering background, or an operator who can go deep with hardware and AI teams.
• People who like ambiguity, think across functions and get things done.
• Curiosity about deep tech and a real drive to build in India.
• Founder-minded, and ready to commit 2 to 3 years to building through the studio.
