We’re hiring a Vice President – Operations to lead end-to-end logistics and operations for a high-growth, venture-backed company transforming agri-supply chains and consumer access in India.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-end supply chain operations across first mile, middle mile, and last mile

  • Rider & fleet operations with a strong focus on productivity, cost-efficiency, and service levels

  • Set up and scale processes, systems, and dashboards for high-volume, time-sensitive deliveries

  • Drive data-backed decision-making to reduce ops leakage, optimize costs, and improve TATs

  • Lead a large, cross-functional team spanning procurement, warehousing, logistics, and delivery

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to drive process innovation

You Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, gig economy, or high-velocity ops

  • Proven ability to manage on-ground ops + tech-led workflows in dynamic environments

  • Strong background in process design, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment

  • First-principles thinking and a builder’s mindset – someone who thrives in ambiguity

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills
