About

It is a revenue cycle management (RCM) company. We manage billing, coding, AR, denials, eligibility, prior authorization and payment posting for US specialty physician groups and hospitals β€” 18 clients, 200+ people, ~$150M in claims processed annually.

We are building software on top of that operating business. Three products are already in active build: client-facing analytics, AR and denial workflow automation, and Eligibility Verification modules. The operating floor gives us something most healthtech startups do not have β€” live claims, live payer behaviour, and a workforce whose daily decisions become our training data.

This is the senior-most product role in the company.

What you will own

β€’ Product strategy and roadmap across all modules β€” Intelligence, AR, EV, PP and Authβ€” reporting directly to the CEO and presenting to the board.

β€’ The product organisation β€” hiring, structure, levelling and performance across Platform & Data, AI & Automation, Product Surfaces, Eval & Quality and Implementation. Budget and headcount authority for product.

β€’ Commercial outcomes. Product decisions here are measured against revenue, margin and revenue per FTE β€” not shipped features. You will be expected to model the business impact of the roadmap and defend it.

β€’ The quality bar for AI in production β€” autonomy thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, and the evaluation regime that decides what is safe to run against a live claim.

β€’ Packaging and pricing, jointly with the Chief Revenue Officer, as clients move from services-style contracts toward SaaS.

β€’ Partnership with Engineering. The VP of Engineering owns delivery and technical architecture; you own what gets built, in what order, and to what standard. Prioritisation calls are yours.

What we are looking for

Must have

β€’ 8–12 years in product, including 3+ years leading product managers in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

β€’ Direct experience in US healthcare RCM, payer/provider data, health insurance or claims β€” or an equivalent regulated, high-volume transactional domain (payments, insurance, lending operations).

β€’ Shipped AI/ML or LLM-based features into production with a real measurement and evaluation approach.

β€’ Strong data fluency β€” you write your own SQL and read a schema without assistance.

β€’ Experience working with US clients and stakeholders.

β€’ B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent; MBA welcome, not required.

Good to have

β€’ Experience taking a services or BPO-led business into a product/SaaS model.

β€’ Familiarity with X12 EDI, clearinghouses, or US payer systems.

β€’ Experience in a company through a growth-stage funding round.

Why this role

You will own the full product surface of a company with real revenue, real clients and institutional backing β€” with the autonomy of an early-stage build and without the existential risk of one. Direct reporting to the CEO and the chance to define how AI actually gets applied to

US healthcare operations rather than demonstrated in a pitch deck.

Process: HR screen β†’ CEO discussion β†’ product case conversation β†’ leadership panel β†’ offer.
