Tech Lead- FSD

About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead to design, develop, and scale modern web and mobile applications. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fullstack development with a solid foundation in modern web and backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience with or willingness to learn Next.js (TypeScript) and Golang.
• Understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices design principles.
• Experience working with distributed systems and databases like PostgreSQL or Cassandra.
• Proven ability to debug, optimize, and scale large, production-grade applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end fullstack applications that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Build modular frontend components and high-performance backend services integrating real-time data.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of clean code and learning.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure, monitoring, and security, ensuring system stability and uptime.
• Support testing, deployment, and production operations, resolving performance bottlenecks and user issues.
