About the role:
The Lead - Talent Acquisition will act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders and founders, owning hiring outcomes across functions. This role drives hiring strategy, team performance, stakeholder alignment, and process maturity while ensuring scalability across both volume and niche hiring.
What You’ll Do:
Hiring Strategy & Business Partnership
* Act as a strategic hiring partner to founders and business leaders.
* Translate business goals into hiring plans across Engineering and Non-Engineering roles.
* Drive predictable hiring outcomes for both volume and niche requirements.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
* Lead, mentor, and manage a TA team of 5 to 6 recruiters.
* Allocate hiring priorities, drive accountability, and build high performance.
* Enable continuous learning and capability building within the TA function.
Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving
* Own relationships with multiple business owners and senior stakeholders.
* Resolve complex hiring challenges involving candidates, stakeholders, and Core HR.
* Manage expectations, timelines, and escalations with clarity and ownership.
Hiring Governance & Quality
* Ensure structured, data-driven hiring through interview frameworks and scorecards.
* Own compensation alignment and offer governance in partnership with Core HR.
* Drive hiring quality, consistency, and compliance across roles.
TA Operations, Insights & Scalability
* Own ATS (Workable), hiring data, reporting, and automation.
* Drive hiring insights through monthly, quarterly, and leadership reviews.
* Build scalable TA processes, tools, and systems to support growth.
What We Are Looking For:
For 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition with proven people leadership exposure.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing across diverse talent segments.
High analytical acumen with the ability to translate hiring data into business insights.
Strong cognitive ability with sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
