Job Description: Senior Sales Leader – Police & Public Sector

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive public-sector business development and strategic stakeholder engagement for technology-led policing, public safety, and data analytics solutions. The role requires a strong network within the Indian police and Home Affairs ecosystem, along with proven experience in government sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior IPS officers, ADG/DG-level officials, and government procurement authorities.
• Drive sales of AI, data analytics, digital forensics, and digital policing solutions to police departments and public safety organizations.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with government priorities and procurement cycles.
• Own revenue targets and drive new client acquisition across states, departments, and law enforcement agencies.
• Support end-to-end government procurement processes, including tenders, RFPs, and bid submissions.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, government forums, and strategic stakeholder meetings.
• Advise senior law enforcement stakeholders on technology adoption and policing modernization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience selling AI, analytics, or digital forensics solutions to law enforcement agencies in India.
• Strong understanding of Indian police departments, Home Affairs, government decision-making, and procurement processes.
• Established relationships with senior police and government stakeholders.
• Experience in policing technology, crime analytics, Safe City projects, or public-sector digital transformation.
• Familiarity with SaaS, analytics, or technology-led government projects.
• Candidates from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) preferred.
