Senior IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT security governance including ISO 27001 compliance, endpoint security (Defender, CrowdStrike), encryption standards, and implementation of IAM, MFA, and Zero Trust policies.

Administer and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux systems including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, server hardening, patch management, and file-sharing services.

Oversee cloud and infrastructure operations on AWS including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, monitoring, scaling, and network/security tools like firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.

Automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes using scripting and cloud tools, while managing user access, permissions, and IT asset inventory.

Provide L1/L2 technical support for system, network, and application issues across multi-platform environments and ensure smooth IT operations and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and ISO 27001 compliance.

Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), IAM, MFA, and SSO.

Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, Linux, Office 365, AWS, and security tools.

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration and AWS cloud environments.

Experience in firewall/VPN management, system hardening, and IT support operations.

Proficiency in onboarding/offboarding automation, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and L1/L2 IT support.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
