About the Opportunity
We are hiring for a fast-growing technology-led company transforming a high-volume, operationally intensive customer journey through technology and automation. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Data, owning products that directly influence business growth and conversion outcomes.
As a Group Product Manager β Presales, you will lead the product strategy and execution for systems that drive lead qualification, prioritization, CRM workflows, and sales productivity. You'll work on solving complex operational challenges while building scalable products that improve conversion efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of presales and conversion-focused product initiatives.
- Build and enhance lead scoring and prioritization capabilities using data-driven decision making.
- Define and optimize intervention strategies across multiple customer touchpoints to improve conversion rates.
- Lead the redesign and evolution of CRM workflows to support business growth and operational scalability.
- Identify inefficiencies across the lead-to-conversion journey and solve them through product and workflow improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and operational leverage.
- Drive end-to-end product executionβfrom discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor and coach Product Managers while maintaining a high bar for product thinking and execution.
- Balance immediate business needs with long-term platform investments.
What We're Looking For
- 8β10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience building products in CRM, lead management, sales platforms, growth infrastructure, or conversion-focused domains.
- Proven analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered product capabilities such as recommendation engines, predictive models, voice automation, or intelligent workflow automation.
- Experience designing products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal existing structure.
- Strong understanding of customer conversion funnels, workflow optimization, and operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
- Experience leading product teams or mentoring Product Managers is highly preferred.
Preferred Background
Candidates from high-growth consumer technology, hyperlocal commerce, marketplace, logistics, mobility, or operations-heavy businesses will be particularly relevant.
