SPM - Automation & AI

Purpose of the Position

As a Senior Product Manager - Automation & Agentic AI, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered automation and agentic workflows across internal platforms and operational systems. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive measurable business impact.

The role requires a product leader who can combine systems thinking, AI product fluency, and execution excellence to build production-grade AI capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and cross-functional Product teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities, define scalable agentic AI workflows, and ensure responsible deployment of AI systems with strong guardrails, observability, and measurable ROI.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7-9 years of Product Management experience in platform products, AI/ML systems, automation products, internal platforms, or SaaS ecosystems within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong background in FinTech, InsurTech, marketplaces, aggregators, or B2B2C platform businesses preferred.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered products or automation systems into production within the last 24 months, with measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM-powered products, agentic AI workflows, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and automation tooling.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on scalable platform and AI infrastructure decisions.
• Strong understanding of automation ROI metrics including operational efficiency, cycle-time reduction, error reduction, and workflow optimization.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience building AI-powered platform or system products.
• Experience with workflow automation, orchestration platforms, and systems integrations.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to map and optimize complex operational workflows.
• Experience owning and scaling automation or AI product roadmaps end-to-end.
• Hands-on exposure to agentic AI patterns, multi-step workflows, LLM orchestration, or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to define AI guardrails, fallback handling, human-in-loop workflows, and observability requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
