Senior Product Manager – Generalist
Job Role – Product Management

Location – Gurgaon (5 days WFO)

What we’re looking for
✔ 3-7 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce, consumer internet, or marketplace experience preferred)
✔ Strong product sense with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
✔ Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and using insights to drive decisions
✔ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
✔ Experience working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability
✔ Exposure to experimentation, personalization, or platform products is a plus
What will you do
1) Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product areas
Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and
priorities
2) Problem Discovery & Solutioning
Identify user pain points through data, research, and stakeholder inputs
Define MVPs, iterate based on feedback, and balance speed with long-term
scalability
3)Execution & Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to deliver
high-quality product experiences
Write clear PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery
4) Metrics & Performance Tracking
Define and monitor key product KPIs such as conversion, retention, engagement,
and operational efficiency
Use insights to continuously optimize user experience and business outcomes
5)Experimentation & Learning
Drive A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance
Build a culture of learning and iteration within the product pod
6)Stakeholder Management
Partner with business, category, marketing, and operations teams to align priorities
and drive impact Communicate product updates, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to leadership
