Role Overview

We are looking for a product leader with strong experience in technology innovation, e-commerce, supply chain or large-scale platforms. The role will involve defining product vision, solving business and customer pain points, driving product discovery and adoption, and working closely with business, technology, design and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and pain points into clear product specifications and solutions.
• Own and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization → design → build → launch → adoption → impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to take products from conception to launch.
• Drive Agile/Scrum development and ensure timely delivery of technology requirements.
• Partner with product, design, business and technical teams to define priorities and drive consensus.
• Analyze product usage and performance data to identify patterns and validate new feature requirements.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to build differentiated product offerings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, priorities and escalations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and leadership to align product roadmap with business objectives.

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B / Internet company.
• Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, technology innovation or large-scale platforms.
• Strong product roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with experience building products/processes from scratch.
• Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute such as IIT/NIT + MBA.
