Hiring for Senior SEM/Performance Marketing | Location - Bangalore, 5 days WFO.
Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Senior SEM/Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid search and performance media initiatives. You will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition and conversion through platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels. This role is critical to optimizing our digital funnel, improving CAC, and maximizing return on ad spend across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign structure.
- Write compelling ad copy and test variations to improve CTR and conversion rate.
- Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align landing pages and messaging with SEM goals.
- Generate reports and actionable insights using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other tools.
- Stay up-to-date with SEM and digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Looking for -
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on managing SEM campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio.
- Experience with A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Ability to manage monthly budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
- Knowledge of keyword tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or any product-led business is preferred.
- Google Ads Certifications are a strong advantage.
