What we’re looking for:
✔️ 4-6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search
✔️ Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving
✔️ Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders
✔️ Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus
What will you do:
Search Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision and roadmap for search, aligning with business objectives
Search Relevance & Ranking: Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance discoverability
Personalization & AI/ML Integration: Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior
Search Funnel Optimization: Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive conversion
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to deliver an intuitive and high-
performing search experience
Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively
