Product Manager – Data & Integrations

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Data & Integrations to own the core data platform and integration ecosystem powering a growing healthcare technology business serving the US market.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to build a scalable data layer, payer/third-party integrations, data pipelines, and data quality framework that powers multiple products.

What You Will Own

• Own and evolve the canonical data model based on the US healthcare claims lifecycle.
• Lead payer, clearinghouse, EDI, API, and third-party integrations.
• Work with transaction formats such as 837, 835, 270/271 and 276/277.
• Own 835/ERA parsing and payment-posting logic.
• Design scalable client data onboarding processes across different EHR/PM systems.
• Define data contracts and requirements for Azure SQL, Snowflake and data pipelines.
• Establish data-quality standards covering freshness, completeness, reconciliation and SLAs.
• Work with engineering to define APIs, mappings, integration specifications and technical requirements.
• Ensure appropriate PHI handling, data masking, access controls and compliance with HIPAA/SOC 2 requirements.
• Partner with operations teams to identify data and integration issues and drive product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Business Analysis or Solution Architecture.
• Experience working on data platforms, integrations, APIs or technical products.
• Strong SQL skills — SQL will be assessed during the interview process.
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, file feeds, SFTP, webhooks, retries and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating product specifications, data dictionaries and integration documentation.
• B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent technical qualification.

Good to Have

• Experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Knowledge of X12 EDI – 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277.
• Experience with healthcare clearinghouses such as Availity, Waystar, Change Healthcare/Optum or TriZetto.
• Exposure to EHR/PM systems such as Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks or AdvancedMD.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure SQL, dbt or similar data pipeline technologies.
• Experience transitioning a services-led process into a scalable product/platform.
