About the Role
We’re looking for a marketing lead to build an organic, trust-driven, content-first brand. He/she will lead content and communication across all channels, and ensure our messaging is simple, transparent, unique and user-first.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Execute a marketing strategy rooted in transparency, simplicity and long-term trust- building.
* Drive content-led growth - investor education, long-form content, explainers, blog posts, product walkthroughs and community initiatives
* Collaborate closely with product and design to ensure communication is clear, accurate and user-first.
* Build and oversee a frugal, high-quality team and set up across content, design, community and analytics.
* Develop creative and content strategies for new product launches and feature education.
* Strengthen the brand through organic, responsible, value-driven communication rather than aggressive marketing.
* Manage all communication across app, web, blogs, social channels and community platforms.
* Ensure messaging is fully compliant with exchange regulations.
* Monitor user behavior, gather insights and work with product teams to refine communication and onboarding flows.
* Adapt in a start-up’s fast paced work environment with high pressure deadlines and ambiguous problem statements
Job & Skill requirements:
* More than 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally in fintech, broking or consumer tech.
* Strong background in content-led and product-led marketing.
* Good understanding of financial markets, retail investor behavior and regulatory constraints.
* Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, accessible communication.
* Exceptional storytelling, communication and project management skills.
* Experience building and leading lean, high-performance teams from scratch
