About the Role

We are looking for a Master Data Associate / Contract Worker to support accurate creation, maintenance, and validation of Material and Production Master Data within SAP environments.

This is an execution-focused role requiring hands-on experience with Material Master and Production Master data objects. You will contribute to data quality, governance, operational excellence, and ongoing data-cleansing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Operations

• Perform hands-on creation, maintenance, and validation of Material Master and Production Master data in SAP / S4HANA environments.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across relevant views.
• Execute data-correction and data-cleanup activities as part of ongoing operations and transformation initiatives.
• Support master-data quality and governance activities.

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Communicate data issues clearly and support timely resolution.
• Contribute to operational data-quality and integrity initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in SAP ECC, SAP/Oracle Master Data Management, data governance, or data operations.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Material Master Data
• Production Master Data
• BOM / relevant SAP PP master-data objects
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP master data objects.
• Understanding of Master Data Management concepts, processes, and governance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze data issues and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to SAP MDG or SAP TM.
• Experience with data-governance frameworks or data-quality tools.
• Exposure to workflow-based master-data management systems.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
