* Build internal controls, audit readiness, and documentation hygiene.
* Lead ERP/finance system implementations and automation initiatives.

* Define roles across FP&A, controllership, treasury, MIS, and compliance.
* Mentor and scale the finance team to support rapid organisational growth.

#### Key Requirements:

* 8-15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Controllership, or Strategy roles.

* SOP implementation and internal controls
* Costing, unit economics, and pricing models
* Audit management and compliance

### Behavioral Must-Haves

* Hands-on, execution-driven operator with a strong ownership mindset.
* High integrity, reliability, and transparency.
* Bias for action; thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
* Ability to challenge cross-functional teams with financial logic.
* Long-term builder mentality (10+ years growth horizon).

# Why This Role Matters

* You will be the financial nerve center of a fast-growing company entering an inflection phase of scale. This is not a “maintenance finance” role - it is a builder role requiring strategic depth, operational hustle, and the ability to set up systems that scale for years ahead.
