Role Overview
The organization is looking for a senior engineering leader (Director / VP / Head of Engineering) who can lead multiple engineering teams, drive product innovation, and help scale the platform to support rapid business growth.
This role will work closely with founders, product leadership, and business stakeholders to shape engineering strategy, execution, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and scale multiple engineering teams responsible for core consumer-facing products.
* Drive engineering strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap aligned with business growth.
* Partner with product and business leaders to deliver high-impact consumer features and platform improvements.
* Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams and engineering managers.
* Establish strong engineering execution practices, quality standards, and delivery processes.
* Help scale systems and infrastructure to support rapid user and transaction growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Engineering leader with experience building and scaling B2C consumer products.
* Currently operating at Director / VP Engineering / Senior Engineering Manager level.
* Experience in fast-growing consumer tech companies (marketplaces, mobility, quick commerce, fintech, etc.).
* Strong track record of leading multiple teams and delivering large-scale platforms.
* Passion for building products used by millions of consumers.
