About the company:

Robot learning has hit the wall language models hit before the internet was scraped: not enough data. We exists to fix that. We operate India's first robotics data factory, collecting egocentric, UMI, and dex UMI data in real industrial environments for the world's leading robotics and frontier AI labs. The models that will run the physical world are being trained now, on data like ours.

About the role:

Run India's first data factory: our physical infrastructure where trained collectors produce high fidelity robotics training data. Under you, throughput will scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of hours per month, with the yield discipline of a manufacturing line.

What you'll own:

• End to end data collection operations of our data factory.
• Collector hiring and training, in partnership with our talent function.
• Shift structure and floor supervision, through a team lead layer you build.
• Rig utilization, fleet uptime, and the per collector productivity that drives unit economics.

Who you are:

• 5+ YOE scaling or managing an operator fleet of 100+ across distributed environments or on factory floors.
• Know what a shift handover should look like, what first pass yield means, and why quota hit with bad quality isn't quota.
• Robotics is an extremely technical, highly ambiguous, and fast evolving research field. We feel this role is best suited for folks who are comfortable in such environments.
