Sales Development Representative (SDR) โ€“ Executive Search

Location - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an SDR to build and qualify outbound opportunities for a fast-growing executive search business.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify target companies, engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, and generate qualified meetings for the business development team.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify growth-stage companies hiring leadership talent
  • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools
  • Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and outreach tracking
  • Work closely with the BD team to improve targeting and messaging
  • Contribute ideas to improve outbound conversion rates

What We Are Looking For

  • 1โ€“4 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, business development, or outbound sales
  • Strong cold-calling and communication skills
  • Experience using sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Comfort with email automation and CRM platforms
  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers independently
  • High energy, persistence, and execution orientation

Strong Differentiators

  • Experience selling B2B services
  • Exposure to recruitment, executive search, or HR services
  • Track record of booking qualified meetings
  • Startup or growth-stage company experience
