We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build the systems that power the compa’s go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, revenue, and AI automation. You will work directly with the CEO and GTM leadership to design and build tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows that increase pipeline generation, improve sales productivity, and unlock expansion opportunities.
You will operate like a builder inside the revenue team, identifying bottlenecks across the go-to-market motion and turning them into scalable systems.
*What You will Do:*
Build revenue infrastructure
* Design and build systems that automate workflows across the GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, product data, and customer platforms.
Create AI-powered GTM workflows
Build AI-driven tools and agents that assist with tasks such as
* lead qualification
* outbound research and personalization
* pipeline insights
* account intelligence
* customer expansion signals
Build internal productivity tools
* Develop lightweight applications and dashboards that help Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate more efficiently.
Improve GTM data architecture
* Build and maintain systems that connect product usage, CRM data, billing, and customer data to create a unified view of the customer journey.
Identify and solve revenue bottlenecks
* Work closely with the CEO and GTM leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and design technical solutions that improve revenue outcomes.
Rapid experimentation
* Prototype new ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback from the revenue team.
What We Are Looking For
* 4+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong full-stack development skills
* Experience working with APIs and SaaS integrations
* Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms
* Experience building AI-powered workflows or working with LLM APIs
* Comfortable building internal tools quickly and iterating based on real user feedback
* Strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action
Bonus Points
* Experience working closely with revenue teams
* Built internal automation tools or workflow systems
* Experience with RevOps or GTM infrastructure
* Experience with AI agents or automation frameworks
* Background working in a fast-paced SaaS startup
