Role Overview

We are hiring a Financial Advisor for a fast-growing financial services setup in Gurgaon. This role requires a certified professional with strong regulatory understanding, client communication skills, and the ability to drive financial awareness initiatives.

The position involves client interaction, structured financial guidance, and contributing to knowledge-led financial education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand financial goals and risk appetite
• Provide structured financial guidance aligned with client needs
• Develop and deliver financial literacy modules and educational content
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal compliance standards
• Support in maintaining process integrity and governance requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen advisory processes

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)

• NISM Series X-A & X-B Certification – Compulsory
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services / wealth / capital markets
• Strong understanding of financial products and market fundamentals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working from office (Gurgaon location)

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech or digital-first financial platforms
• MBA (Finance or related field)
• Exposure to structured client advisory environments
