Sr Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including recommendation systems, NLP models, and generative AI solutions
• Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to business use cases such as customer interaction, knowledge retrieval, and content generation
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability
• Build AI-driven features to improve customer engagement, conversion, and personalization
• Develop recommendation engines to enhance product matching and user experience
• Support pricing, targeting, and lead quality optimization using predictive modeling
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI roles
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade ML models
• Strong expertise in recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid models)
• Hands-on experience with NLP, conversational AI, and chatbot development
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and T5)
• Proficiency in Python and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable ML deployment
