Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive B2B/corporate sales by acquiring new enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.

* Identify and connect with HR Heads, Finance Leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers across organizations.

* Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.

* Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure long-term engagement.

* Understand client requirements and position SalarySe’s financial wellness and employee benefit solutions effectively.

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams including product, operations, onboarding, and customer success for smooth execution.

* Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, references, and outbound initiatives.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the corporate ecosystem.

* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 4–12 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales.

* Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or SaaS industries preferred.

* Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and relationship management.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

* Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

* Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.

* MBA preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Experience in selling to HR, Finance, or Corporate leadership teams.

* Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.

* Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
