AVP/Manager – B2B Enterprise Sales


Role Overview


We are looking for a seasoned B2B Enterprise Sales leader who can open new markets, own large strategic accounts, and drive revenue growth across international geographies - particularly Europe and the US. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drive B2B sales across key international markets, including Europe and the United States, with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion opportunities

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including lead generation, onboarding, engagement, and long-term account development

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion and deal closures

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, supply chain, and operations) to ensure seamless execution and delivery for international clients


Key Skills & Experience



  • Experience working with customers in international markets, particularly Europe and the United States

  • Strong B2B sales experience with exposure to handling large accounts (>$1M in annual business)

  • Solid understanding of B2B customer acquisition, including pipeline building, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Ability to manage complex client requirements and drive long-term relationships

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies


What We're Looking For



  • 7-10 years in B2B international sales/business expansion roles

  • Proven experience in opening and scaling new countries/regions

  • Strong network and understanding of global distribution ecosystems

  • Experience in EV, automotive, mobility, or consumer durable sectors is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals across geographies

  • High comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and zero-to-one builds
