Role Summary

We are seeking a driven Associate Product Manager to join the product team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS platform solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Compliance teams to define, develop, and enhance product features across a multi-service comparison and switching platform.

This role is ideal for a strong product individual contributor who enjoys owning features end-to-end, translating business needs into clear product requirements, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and using data to drive product decisions in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and PRD creation to development, launch, and iteration.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with UX designers on user journeys, wireframes, and usability improvements.
• Work closely with Business, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to align product initiatives.
• Support API-based integrations and platform enhancements.

Experience & Skills

• 3 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in a product-based organization.
• Hands-on experience working on SaaS or platform products.
• Strong expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Exposure to Fintech / BFSI domains is preferred.
• Experience working with API-driven products and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling product environments.
